Raichur, The three units at Raichur Thermal Power Station stopped the power generation due to the decreasing demand from Thursday.

The production at 1, 3 and 5th units were closed. Out of eight units, five have been generating power. Of the total 1,720 megawatt capacity, 800 megawatt is being produced. Only 50% of workers have been engaged in the RTPS in view of Covid-19 scare.
