‘Legal action to be initiated if anybody ventures out of house’

KALABURAGI, In view of Covid-19 pandemic, the prohibitory orders which were in force has been extended till March 25.

The government has also announced complete lock down in the State. Hence, the public should not venture out of their houses unless necessary. Legal action will be initiated against those who come out of the house without any work, warned police commissioner M N Nagaraj.

A total of 21 check-posts have been set up at the five entry points of the district. They will work around the clock. The public should behave properly with the police, he appealed.

Only one person of a family should come out of the house to buy essentials and should return home soon after the work completes. No one should venture from their houses unnecessarily.
