Kalaburagi, Chittapur MLA Priyank M Kharge on Friday filed a writ petition in the High Court of Karnataka seeking direction to the State government to bring back all the stranded migrant workers of Kalaburgi district.
He contended that fundamental rights of migrants, students and poor sections of the society guaranteed under Article 19 and 14 of the Constitution of India have been violated.
