KALABURAGI,Coming close on the heels of Siddalingeshwara Jatra which held recently at Rawoor village in Chittapur taluk by flouting lockdown norms, Hanuman Jatra was held at Bhusnoor village by defying the lockdown norms in the wee hours on April 16.

A video of this annual fair has gone viral on social media. While the Revenue Department officials confirmed that the chariot was pulled by hundreds of people, Superintendent of Police Iada Martin Marbaniang told that we are verifying the authenticity of the video.Meanwhile, the police of Roza Police Station registered a case as hundreds of people assembled for the last rites of a person who died of age-related illness. A video clip of this incident too has gone viral on the social media.
