Yadgir,  Cases have been filed against three persons for violating the home quarantine rule in the district, informed Additional Deputy Commissioner Prakash G Rajput.

He said, three persons from Kembhavi Lakshmi Nagar, Yevur tanda (B) and Haiyyal (K) village had returned from other States and instructed to be home quarantined. But they did not follow the quarantine rule and moved around the village. Therefore cases were booked against them, he said.

After the completion of the institutional quarantine period, the migrant workers who returned to the district were sent to home quarantine as per the Central and State government guidelines. They were sent home after stamping and health screening. 

They were sent back to the institutional quarantine and an inquiry is ordered, he informed.
