Coronavirus India LIVE Updates: India’s COVID-19 death toll jumped by 97 fatalities on Monday morning, taking the overall death figures to 2,206. The number of coronavirus patients also jumped by 4,213 positive cases in the last 24 hours, the biggest single-day jump, taking the overall countrywide tally to 67,152, as per the Union Health Ministry update on Monday morning. The Railways on Sunday said it is starting 15 air-conditioned special trains from May 12 as part of the gradual resumption of passenger services while airlines are likely to resume gradual operations from May 17.
