Yadgir, The deputy commissioner has issued show cause notice to taluk medical officer Hanumant Reddy who is also the secretary of dead body management team. He is accused of showing negligence in performing the last rites of a Covid-19 victim at Honagera village in the district.  The DC has also appointed the district health and family welfare officer as the investigation officer.
